Hi, I’m Napa 👋🏾 Founder of Culture Architect and the gentle career.

 

With nearly a decade of international HR and Culture experience and academic background in Psychology (BSc) and HR Management (MA, CIPD L7), I help businesses build people-first cultures and individuals create sustainable careers.
